Do you want to get fit after the Christmas and New Year? Well Ponteland Runners has the perfect answer. We 
will be starting a 10 week series for absolute beginners on Wednesday 
15th January at 7pm from Ponteland leisure centre. The sessions will be 
aimed at anyone who wants to start running who has never ran before or 
for those who are lapsed runners who would like to get some fitness back
 before joining in one of our other weekly
 sessions. The aim will be to take you from non-runner to be able to run
 continuously for 30mins in 10 weeks. We will end the series with 5k run
 at Newcastle parkrun
 for those who are interested. This event will be a great focus to 
weekly runs and will be a fantastic achievement at the end of the 
series. 
Sessions will be led by Suzanne Dunn and Sue Heppell.
